This is XO Media Group.
XO Media Group is a next-generation global media company. We own and operate a hand-picked bouquet of premium streaming channels — quality over quantity — run advertising sales across international CTV inventory, and build the distribution infrastructure that puts content on every major platform from New York to Seoul.
We're not a network with an app. We're the engine underneath: content, pipes, and monetization, operated by people who've shipped channels on every continent.

Legends of the frontier — the American Western catalogue, restored and upgraded for 4K.
Shaolin, Wu Tang, Bruce Lee legacy — the golden age of martial arts, running non-stop.
The streaming home of our planet. An award-winning digital publisher, interactive streaming network, and FAST channel — a community where inspiration meets action. Forbes called it a new standard for the industry; press has hailed it as the first environmentally-focused service of its kind.
A channel built for impact
A 24/7 linear feed of premium short films, documentaries, series, and features across the issues that define our time — programmed with monthly refresh cycles, tentpole stunts around Earth Day and World Oceans Day, and impact campaigns that turn viewing into action.
Originals include People vs Pipeline, A Lens on the World, and Mother of the Sea. Acquisitions span the Sharkwater Trilogy, Racing Extinction, MILKED, and SLAY — the film that generated 10M+ media impressions.
Where it lives
Distributed across major smart-TV and mobile platforms with a global impact ecosystem of purpose-led brands and 100+ NGOs behind it.
The world's first K-pop FAST channel. Our viewers aren't just fans — they're fanatics: millions of dedicated viewers worldwide who live and breathe K-pop and Korean culture, served premium content 24/7.
Riding a global sensation
K-pop generates billions of streams every month and sells out festivals from Coachella to Lollapalooza. K-Wave turns that energy into television: music shows, idol content, behind-the-scenes, and Korean pop culture, curated around the clock.
Where it lives
Live across the major FAST and CTV ecosystems in North America and beyond, with second-screen activations and brand partnerships built into the format.
Every day is Earth Day. A 24/7 destination for nature, science, and sustainability programming, launched in partnership with the Pamela Anderson Foundation — the celebrity-led environmental voice with global reach. Built for audiences that care where the planet is heading, and for brands that want to stand next to that story.
Purpose, programmed
Documentary series, wildlife spectacle, climate solutions, and science storytelling — programmed around global environmental moments like Earth Day, World Environment Day, and World Oceans Day, with dedicated tentpole schedules and themed marathons.
Powered by the Pamela Anderson Foundation
Editorial voice, ambassador programming, and cause-led activations built with the Foundation team — including impact campaigns, guest curator drops, and tentpole environmental moments the celebrity network amplifies globally.
Stunning homes, gorgeous interiors, breathtaking landscapes — a private tour of luxury living, 24/7. Host Viviana Vigil takes buyers through three fantastic homes each episode. They must choose one.
Proven aspirational appeal
Originally produced for DIRECTV's 4K general entertainment channel, where it ran as one of the highest-rated series and was renewed yearly from 2018 to 2024. A new season shoots in May 2026.
The channel fills the luxury gap in the home genre — unlocking new audiences and higher-CPM lifestyle advertisers — with seasonal stunts from Find Me A Beach House, Renovate or Rebuild, Ready Set Reno, Our Wild Life, Holiday Dream Home, and Open Homes.
Where it lives
Amazon Prime Video launched the FAST channel in Q4 2024 with continued viewership growth; Samsung TV Plus followed after AVOD success. Proprietary scheduling has driven sustained performance growth since launch.
Cars are for everyone. Since 2015, Donut has driven the future of car culture — the leading auto entertainment channel on the top streaming platform in the USA, now made for TV. We don't just drive cars. We drive car culture.
Made for TV
Polished, TV-ready shows with the charm of Top Gear and Dirty Jobs: HiLow (cheap vs. expensive builds), I Drove Every (every generation, one verdict), Wheelhouse, Up To Speed, Science Garage, Money Pit, and game-show formats — 47% of Donut fans already watch on their TV.
Launched exclusively on Samsung TV Plus in 2025; rolling out to FAST platforms everywhere in 2026.
A universe, not a channel
The Donut universe spans 7.5M social followers, 6M podcast downloads, record-breaking live events, gaming integrations across PC, Xbox and PlayStation, and consumer products at Zumiez and Walmart.
The new voice of culture. A 24/7 culture-forward network built on real stories, real conversations, real impact — anchored by Jay Walker's signature clarity and a powerhouse lineup of America's most recognizable voices.
Conversation-led programming
Five flagship series: The Jay Walker Podcast, Chrisley Confessions 2.0, Unlocked with Savannah Chrisley, Top Billin' with Bill Bellamy, and The Jamal Bryant Podcast — purpose-driven entertainment that demands authenticity and accountability.
Where it lives
Free, 24/7, on the platforms culture already lives on — with the full podcast library on every major audio platform including 860+ iHeart stations.
The American West on repeat. Restored classics from the golden age of Hollywood Westerns — John Wayne, Clint Eastwood, Sergio Leone, John Ford — upgraded to modern picture quality and running non-stop for the audience that still shows up for it.
Old films, new picture
The Western genre never stopped selling — but the catalogue has aged. Western Channel restores and upscales the classics: cleaner audio, sharper prints, modern colour, native-resolution delivery for connected-TV screens. A comfort-viewing loop with real cinematic heritage.
A brand-safe nostalgia environment
Family-friendly, aspirational, uniquely American — a premium ad environment for auto (trucks & SUVs), insurance, financial services, agriculture, and heritage consumer brands. Long viewing sessions, loyal audience, low bounce.
The golden age of martial arts, remastered. Shaw Brothers, Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan, Wu Tang legacy cinema, Shaolin epics — the catalogue that built a generation of fans, restored for modern screens and streaming 24/7.
The temple, upgraded
Kung Fu cinema has a cultural cachet no algorithm can manufacture — from Bruce Lee to Wu Tang samples, from Tarantino homages to gamer subculture. Kung Fu Channel restores the classics with cleaned prints, subtitle passes, and native connected-TV delivery. A cult catalogue programmed as a channel.
Cult audience, premium environment
A young, urban, culturally-fluent audience with strong engagement metrics — the intersection of hip-hop, gaming, streetwear, and cinema. Brand-safe for streetwear, energy drinks, gaming, tech, and lifestyle advertisers who want to talk to a culturally-engaged demographic.
Three ad businesses. One stack.
Direct sales · Ad server · Channel sponsorships
Direct & Programmatic
An in-house sales team selling premium CTV inventory across the XO bouquet directly to brands and agencies — and via programmatic pipes for scale. Innovative CTV formats beyond the standard :30: sponsored blocks, second-screen activations, and Pay-by-Audio commerce integrations.
- Direct-sold campaigns & agency deals
- Programmatic PMP & open-market
- Custom CTV ad formats
The Ad Server & Backfill Layer
Our proprietary ad server that plugs into any FAST channel — ours or a partner’s — and captures the revenue platforms leave unsold. When the primary demand doesn’t fill the slot, XO AdStack™ does. Same second. Same viewer. Real money.
- Backfill demand for unsold slots
- Yield optimization & waterfall management
- Real-time reporting & transparency
Channel & Show Sponsorships
Anchor an entire channel or a signature show. Presented-by billboards, custom bumpers, integrated lower-thirds, second-screen extensions — deeper than a spot buy, cheaper than a broadcast partnership, and native to the environment.
- Channel presenting sponsor
- Signature-show integration
- Custom creative & production
How FAST ads actually work.
A short knowledge dump — because half our clients ask, and the other half should
Content storage → scheduling → playout → FAST platform → ad break → ad request → XO ad server → commercial plays → revenue. Every second of every ad break on every FAST channel is a request looking for demand. If the primary platform doesn’t fill it, XO AdStack™ does. If nobody fills it, that revenue is gone forever.
Three technical concepts govern whether that request turns into cash or slush:
Platforms don’t always fill 100% of their inventory. Some hours it’s 40%. Some markets it’s 20%. Every unfilled slot is money the channel owner never sees — unless a backfill layer is wired in. That’s the entire economic argument for XO AdStack™: the delta between primary-fill and total-fill is our revenue line, and yours.
Who’s authorized to sell your inventory
A public text file hosted at yourdomain.com/ads.txt that lists every ad network authorized to sell your inventory. Buyers and DSPs check it before they bid. Missing or wrong, platforms distrust the inventory and CPMs collapse. Fraudsters can also spoof channels that lack an ads.txt entry.
What XO does: maintains ads.txt authorizations for every channel we represent, adds our authorized reseller lines, and audits weekly. Non-negotiable hygiene.
Where the channel exists per platform
A unique identifier per app / channel instance, one ID per platform. LG Channels has com.lg.mddh, Samsung TV Plus has samsung.fast.mddh. Buyers target these IDs directly. Without them, campaign targeting and reporting break — buyers are literally shopping blind.
What XO does: registers and maintains the bundle IDs on every platform, wires them into the ad-request headers, and makes them targetable for direct advertisers and DSPs.
The technical hand-off to the ad server
A URL endpoint the video player calls at every ad break. The platform requests an ad, the ad server responds with a VAST XML payload (which ad to play, from where, and how to track it), and the commercial plays instantly. It’s the pipe between “ad break starts” and “impression served.”
What XO does: supplies the VAST tag that runs as the backfill layer. Platform tries its own demand first; if nothing fills, ours takes the slot in the same millisecond.
Turn attention into transaction.
CTV commerce, without the friction of every previous CTV commerce attempt
Acoustic Handshake
An inaudible audio tone embedded in the ad or content carries a payload. Any phone within earshot decodes it and opens the offer in-app or in-browser. No pairing, no QR code, no camera aiming. Works from any TV, on any speaker, at any distance a phone can hear.
- Sub-two-second bridge from screen to device
- Works with existing CTV ad slots
- Zero platform lock-in
Frictionless CTV Commerce
QR codes on TV are the punchline of a decade of missed commerce. Nobody points a phone at their TV. Pay by Audio removes the aiming, the scanning, the guessing — the phone just hears the ad and the offer appears. It’s the closest thing to one-tap that CTV has ever had.
- 1-tap purchase from any TV screen
- Full attribution: which ad drove which sale
- Higher conversion than QR, URL, or vanity code
Where It Runs
Direct-response CTV ads. Shoppable moments inside programming (MDDH properties, K-Wave merch drops, Donut car parts). Loyalty and reward activation. Donation prompts on Earth Day 365. Ticketing for K-Wave concert simulcasts. Any moment where TV attention should have converted — and until now, couldn’t.
- Direct-response advertising
- Shoppable content moments
- Loyalty, ticketing, donation flows
